In consideration of being permitted to participate in volunteer community service activity, such as, but not limited to: road and beach litter pick-up, trail maintenance, evasive plant control, gardening work, park maintenance and similar activities conducted by EnviroCorps, Inc. a Washington not for profit corporation, Volunteer, for
or

releases, waives and discharges EnviroCorps, Inc, its officers and members, from all liability to the Volunteer, (his or her) parent, legal representatives, heirs and assigns (as the case may be) for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or damages resulting from the same, on account of injury to Volunteer's person or property, even injury resulting in death of the Volunteer, whether caused by the negligence of EnviroCorps, Inc or otherwise while the Volunteer is participating in volunteer activities sponsored or organized by EnviroCorps, Inc.

Volunteer assumes full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death or property damage while the Volunteer is participating in volunteer activities sponsored or organized by EnviroCorps, Inc.

Volunteer agrees that this release agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Washington and that if any portion of this agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

Volunteer (or Volunteer’s parent or other legal guardian, as the case may be) has executed this release the day and year first above written.
